  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, and dried thyme.
  4. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet, gill side up, and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
