Ingredients

  • 2 Portobello mushrooms large, stems removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the Portobello mushrooms.
  3. 3. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Place the mushrooms on the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until tender and slightly charred.
  4. 4. Serve hot.
