  • 4 Portobello mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the Portobello mushrooms.
  4. 4. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Place the mushrooms on the grill, gill side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Flip the mushrooms and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until tender.
  7. 7. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
