- 4 large Portobello mushrooms sliced
- 1 medium Red bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium Green bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 8 small Tortillas warmed
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, and onion. Cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve the mushroom mixture in warmed tortillas. Enjoy!
