- 4 Portobello mushrooms stems removed
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the portobello mushrooms with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side until tender and juicy.
Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
