  • 4 Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 4 Hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the portobello mushrooms with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side until tender and juicy.
  4. Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Place the grilled mushrooms in the buns and serve with your favorite toppings.
