Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork shoulder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 8 pcs Tortillas
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 2 pcs Limes cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Season pork shoulder with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.
  2. Place pork in slow cooker. Add orange juice, garlic, and chicken broth.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender.
  4. Shred pork with two forks.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shredded pork and cook until crispy.
  6. Serve pork on tortillas with chopped onions, cilantro, and lime wedges.
