Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 cup Orange juice
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 8 pcs Tortillas
- 1 cup Chopped onions
- 1 cup Chopped cilantro
- 2 pcs Limes cut into wedges
Season pork shoulder with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.
Place pork in slow cooker. Add orange juice, garlic, and chicken broth.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender.
Shred pork with two forks.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shredded pork and cook until crispy.
Serve pork on tortillas with chopped onions, cilantro, and lime wedges.
