Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Orange juice
  • 1 cup Lime juice
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. In a large pot, combine pork, salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, and water.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. 4. Cover the pot and transfer it to the preheated oven. Cook for 3-4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
