Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the pork and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the green beans and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir to combine.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
