Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add melted butter and mix well.
  4. Pour batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately.
