Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
Add melted butter and mix well.
Pour batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
