Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, pomegranate seeds, and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
