Salad Ingredients
- 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 4 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, pomegranate seeds, and crumbled feta cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately.
