Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Polenta
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter
Bring water, milk, and salt to a boil in a saucepan.
Slowly whisk in the polenta and reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, about 15 minutes.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and butter until melted and well combined.
Pour the polenta into a greased baking sheet and spread evenly. Let it cool and set.
Once set, cut the polenta into bite-sized pieces. Serve warm or at room temperature.
