Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter cold and cubed
- 1 Egg beaten
- 6 Plums halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add the beaten egg and mix until the dough comes together. Press the dough into a tart pan.
Arrange the plum halves on top of the dough. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden and the plums are tender.
Let it cool before serving.
