  • 2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 ½ cups Warm Water
  • 3 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and roll it out to your desired shape and thickness.
  6. 6. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet and add your favorite toppings. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
