  • 1 ½ cups Warm Water
  • 3 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add flour, olive oil, salt, and sugar to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  6. 6. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet.
  7. 7. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
