Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1 cup Pistachios shelled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pistachios in a food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped.
  3. Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Press the chopped pistachios onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
