Pisco Sour Recipe
A classic Peruvian cocktail made with pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white.

Main Ingredients
- 3 oz Pisco
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 1 large Egg white
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
1. Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupette glass.
4. Garnish with 4 dashes of Angostura bitters.
