Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Pineapple peeled, cored, and chopped
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
1. Combine pineapple, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
5. Scoop and serve.
