Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple, diced
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 baguette French Bread, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Top each slice of toasted baguette with a spoonful of pineapple salsa. Serve immediately.
