- 1 cup Pineapple, diced
- ½ cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 baguette French Bread, sliced
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Top each slice of toasted baguette with a spoonful of pineapple salsa. Serve immediately.
