Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Pineapple peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with salt. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
