  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with salt. Toss to combine.
