Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the rice to the saucepan and stir to coat with the oil and garlic.
  4. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.
  5. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork. Stir in the pineapple chunks and soy sauce. Adjust salt to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
