Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the pork pieces and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the chili powder, cumin, and salt. Stir to coat the pork evenly.
4. Add the pineapple chunks and cook for another 5 minutes, until the pineapple is slightly caramelized.
5. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
6. Assemble the tacos by placing the pork and pineapple mixture onto the tortillas. Add optional toppings as desired.
