Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pieces Tortillas small

Optional Toppings

  • to taste Cilantro chopped
  • to taste Lime wedges
  • to taste Sour cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the pork pieces and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chili powder, cumin, and salt. Stir to coat the pork evenly.
  4. 4. Add the pineapple chunks and cook for another 5 minutes, until the pineapple is slightly caramelized.
  5. 5. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  6. 6. Assemble the tacos by placing the pork and pineapple mixture onto the tortillas. Add optional toppings as desired.
