Pineapple Jalapeno Black Bean Burritos

- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Pineapple diced
- 1 unit Jalapeno diced
- 1 unit Red Bell Pepper diced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 4 unit Tortillas large
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced jalapeno and red bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in black beans, pineapple, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
5. Spoon the black bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
