- 1 cup Pineapple, diced
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Mint leaves, chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple, cucumber, lime juice, honey, and mint leaves.
2. Toss everything together until well mixed.
3. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
