Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pineapple chunks frozen
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
1. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
4. Scoop and serve.
