  • 2 cups Pineapple chunks frozen
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice to a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  4. 4. Scoop and serve.
