Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the crushed pineapple, coconut flakes, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
