Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pineapple, finely chopped
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Red Chili Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup White Vinegar
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens.
4. Let it cool before serving or storing in jars.
