Main Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 pieces taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 0.5 cup sour cream
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced chicken, chili powder, and garlic powder. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
Add diced pineapple to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
Assemble tacos by adding chicken and pineapple mixture to each shell. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
