Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and honey. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
