Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in basmati rice and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add chicken broth, salt, and cumin. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Fluff with a fork and serve.
