  • 200 g Chard Stems cleaned and cut into strips
  • 100 g Smoked Salmon sliced
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
  2. 2. Add chard stems to the bowl and let them sit for at least 10 minutes to pickle.
  3. 3. Arrange the smoked salmon slices on a serving plate.
  4. 4. Drain the pickled chard stems and place them on top of the smoked salmon.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
