Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 baguette French baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
  3. 3. Add sliced carrots to the bowl and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. 6. Top each toasted baguette slice with pickled carrots and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
