  • 0.5 cup finely chopped red bell peppers
  • 0.5 cup white vinegar
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Combine cucumbers, onions, and red bell peppers in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, bring vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, and salt to a boil.
  3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the vegetables.
  4. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
