  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 cup pickle relish
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine pickle relish and softened cream cheese. Mix well.
  5. Spread the pickle relish mixture on the toasted baguette slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
