In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add water, olive oil, and vinegar. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin sheet.
Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
