Philly Steak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly steak sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Onion, sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
3. Push veggies to the side and add sliced steak to the skillet. Cook until browned.
4. Mix steak with veggies and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place provolone cheese on top of the steak and veggie mixture. Let it melt.
6. Toast hoagie rolls if desired. Fill with steak, cheese, and veggie mixture.
