  • 500 g Cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Pesto sauce
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, pesto sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
  3. 3. Toss everything together until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
