Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough
  • 2 tablespoon Pesto
  • 4 slices Tomato Thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. On the unbuttered side, spread pesto evenly.
  3. 3. Layer tomato slices and mozzarella cheese on two slices of bread, then top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
