Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Basil leaves
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Pine nuts toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced
  • 12 oz Pasta your choice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic. Blend until smooth to make pesto.
  3. 3. Season chicken breast slices with salt and pepper. In a pan, cook chicken until fully cooked.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, and pesto. Toss until well combined.
  5. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
