Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Cilantro chopped
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides.
4. Add the pineapple chunks, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
5. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
