Pepper Tomato Bruschetta
A simple, delicious appetizer with fresh tomatoes and bell peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Baguette cut into ½ inch slices
- 2 cups Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup Bell pepper diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 handful Fresh basil chopped
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Top each baguette slice with the tomato mixture and garnish with fresh basil.
