Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Baguette cut into ½ inch slices
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 handful Fresh basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Top each baguette slice with the tomato mixture and garnish with fresh basil.
