  • 300 g penne pasta
  • 200 g Italian sausage sliced
  • 1 head broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet. Cook until the broccoli is tender.
  4. 4. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
