Instructions
1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the crushed tomatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
