Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Penne Pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 800 g Canned Tomatoes, crushed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the crushed tomatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
