Pecan Pie Bars

Crust
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter cold
Filling
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups pecans chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour and brown sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into a greased baking pan.
Bake crust for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans.
Pour filling over hot crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
