- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups pecans chopped
- 1 pie crust unbaked
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until set.
Allow to cool before serving.
