Salad Ingredients
- 2 Pears, sliced
- ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
- 4 cups Mixed greens
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Blue cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced pears, and chopped walnuts.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the blue cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately.
