Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
Arrange pear slices and prosciutto on top of the flatbread.
Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the top.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Slice and serve.
