Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Flatbread store-bought or homemade
  • 2 pieces Pears thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Prosciutto torn into pieces
  • 1 cup Arugula fresh
  • ½ cup Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Arrange pear slices and prosciutto on top of the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Slice and serve.
