Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pizza dough
  • 2 pieces Pears sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
  • 10 leaves Sage fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Arrange the pear slices evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and gorgonzola cheeses over the pears.
  6. In a small frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  7. Fry the sage leaves until crispy, about 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the fried sage leaves.
  10. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Slice and serve.
