  • 1 unit Flatbread
  • 2 units Pears sliced
  • 100 grams Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 handful Arugula for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Arrange the sliced pears evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola cheese over the pears.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey.
  8. Garnish with fresh arugula before serving.
