Filling
- 6 cups Pears, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Topping
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the pears, lemon juice, granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the oats, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the pear mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the pears are tender.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
