Pear Brie Grilled Cheese Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese with sweet pear and creamy brie.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 1 whole Pear thinly sliced
- 4 oz Brie Cheese sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place two slices, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Layer brie and pear slices on the bread in the skillet.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
5. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
